Job Description
Avilon is a Taiwan-based drone brand committed to creating the industry's most complete automated drone solutions to assist companies in implementing real-time monitoring and accurate decision-making for indoor and outdoor field management.
This role will be responsible for drone flight testing, report writing, equipment assembly, maintenance, civil aviation applications, warehousing, drone shipping and training. Requires UAV certification, proficiency in flight modes, ground station operations, circuit soldering, and test equipment usage.
Duties and Responsibilities
Drone flight testing and mission planning
Civil aviation application processing
Drone equipment assembly and manufacturing
Test report writing and data organization
Electronic circuit soldering and maintenance
Equipment wiring and cable optimization
Production material preparation and warehouse planning
Drone transportation and flight training
Other tasks assigned by supervisors
Qualifications and Skills
Possess a multirotor professional operator license issued by Civil Aviation Administration of Taiwan; helicopter and fixed-wing certifications are also accepted.
Proficient in multirotor drone operation (including emergency response, attitude flight, altitude flight, GPS flight, mission planning and flight and other flight modes).
Experience using soldering irons, hot air guns, and other repair tools.
Familiarity with power supplies, oscilloscopes, and multimeters.
Experience in UAV assembly and maintenance.
Knowledge of UAV ground control station operation.
Proficient in Mandarin communication and writing.
Strong English communication and writing skills preferred.
Willingness to travel (approximately three months per year); preference for candidates with a motorcycle or car driver’s license.
